We have Professional designers who are internationally recognized from Design institutes and Design consultants. Our professionals are experienced in leather and accessory developments; they create products in harmony with the relevant fashion trends and customer needs.
PROCUREMENT
Leather procurement plays a vital role in leather saving. For continuous order if leather is needed again then previous consumption is analyzed. This process is vital in last stage of ordering, to reduce excess incoming. This minimizes the flow of poor leather in factory premises.
DEVELOPMENT
The team of designers consists of various international fashion experts who have years of industry experience. We develop samples according to the spec sheets or tech packs provided by our clients. Each of the sample development is done by highly skilled workers.
PRODUCTION
We have machines that support our production flow. Machines like CAD-CAM, Clicking Dice Machine, Automated Embroidery Stitching Machine, Gluing Machine, Leather measuring Machine, Coloring Machin.
QUALITY CONTROL
We follow a very stringent QA & QC routine according to ISO 9001-2008. Each and every piece is thoroughly scrutinized before it is finally sent to our clients.
